Bookkeeper & Admin Manager
Role
As part of the management team and reporting to the company President, the Operations Manager will be responsible for management of human resources, performance and productivity measures, and special projects. This is a newly created position and an exciting opportunity for the right individual.
Duties
- Human resource management: including recruitment policy and retention, field and respond to employee suggestions and questions, manage Office Administrator
- Developing and providing productivity reports and implementing policy and procedure improvements
- Agency performance reports – monthly and quarterly
- Client Invoicing
- Operations on special projects
Qualifications
- Experience in an advertising/communications firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Simply Accounting
- Office management, bookkeeping, human resources experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, skills may be considered
Compensation
- $50,000 to $60,000 per annum depending upon qualifications
