KELLETT offers a very casual work environment right downtown in Yellowknife. While we're focused on delivering great communications solutions for our clients, it doesn't mean we can't have fun doing it. All our staff enjoy our open concept working environment (Management works in a separate office and we have a Bose Sound System!), beer Fridays, challenging and interesting work.
We offer very competitive salaries and regular pay reviews, but we think it's the little extras that make the difference.

Training and conferences
We encourage every member of our team to keep their skills up to date and regularly attend conferences and specialist training. If the training isn't local, we'll put you up in a quality hotel nice and close to the event.
Flexible working hours
Depending on your position, you can usually work the hours that suit you and your lifestyle. 9 to 5 isn't a hard and fast rule at KELLETT. We rarely do overtime and almost never work weekends.
